Grace Community Church's Policy on Volunteer Service and Sexual Purity

Grace does not knowingly place or keep people in ministry leadership (elder, deacon, teacher, worship team member, small group leader, ministry team leader) who have a pattern of sexual sin including unbiblical sexual activity, or habitual, uncontrolled mental lust or use of pornographic materials.

Grace does not allow people who have committed sexual crimes to serve in the children's or youth ministries, or those who have engaged in illegal sexual activity but who have not been arrested or convicted. Upon being offered the children's or youth ministries internship, the applicant will be subject to a criminal background check.
